Before you send:
- Amount matches the page exactly
- DestinationTag equals your ticket number
- Address is correct (XRPL transactions are generally irreversible)
- Prefer a self-custody wallet (avoid exchange deposit wallets)
Do not send multiple payments for the same ticket number.
If a ticket is already sold, the payment becomes invalid and may be refunded minus the 0.1 XRP fee.

Invalid payments
Payments that do not match the rules (wrong amount, missing/invalid DestinationTag, already-sold ticket, out-of-range tag) are automatically refunded minus a fixed 0.1 XRP processing fee.
No refund is issued for payments sent to the wrong destination address.
